Join Our Efforts
Our goal will be to employ up to 30 individuals with intellectual disabilities learning multiple positions in a fully functional restaurant open during lunch hours, here in Tallahassee, FL.
In addition, we will offer an specialized training academy called Inclusion Cafe Academy. We're asking local Chefs and restauranteurs to volunteer their time teaching those who do not work at the cafe, restaurant skills to prepare them for employment throughout our community. We will be a training facility for their next employee, and help hundreds get employed. We have started our journey to finding, preparing, and opening a facility.
Our Mission
Inclusion Cafe is dedicated to providing jobs and job training for adults with intellectual disabilities to enhance their quality of life and provide opportunities for personal growth within their community.
