Kristal Franklin
Kristal Franklin is the owner of Gallop’s Family Center serving the Tallahassee community for over 35 years. During that time, they have grown and evolved along with the community they serve. They began as a martial arts studio and added childcare for school age children. In 2014 we were called upon again to evolve with the community needs into a full childcare center for ages 12 months – 4 years. Through the lens of our after school program, we learned our local educational options were not always equal for all students. In 2017 we opened Capital Preparatory, a non-profit, fully accredited private school for grades K – 12. Our goal is to always be a company who values our community, their needs, and their trust in our programs.
“I believe Inclusion Cafe will be an amazing opportunity to work and grow with another section of the community. The vision and leadership for Inclusion Cafe has created a space where people of all sectors will come together to ensure everyone in our community is provided with the opportunity to gain experience, grow, and succeed. I am so proud to be a founding board member of Inclusion Cafe as we set a path to change the restaurant industry in Tallahassee."

“Having worked with the special needs community before, when the concept of Inclusion Cafe came about I was excited for the opportunity to be a part of it. I think it is a great idea that is very much needed. Special needs people want to work and just need a little help and guidance, that is what the Inclusion Cafe is going to offer along with training to get them ready to be a part of the workforce.”
Sonia Ayala
Sonia Ayala is a business owner, manager and mother of four, living in Tallahassee for over 30 years.
"A strong community plays a vital role in the development of young adults. As a mother, I have first-hand experience in the strengths and needs of those with learning disabilities. I believe that Inclusion Cafe can make great strides in helping them reach their full-potential."
Te’Rel Bowman
Te’Rel Bowman is the Operations Manager at Big Bend Habitat for Humanity and has experience in event operations.
“For me, joining this organization was an easy decision, having grown up interacting with kids and adults with special abilities. I also have several friends who have children with special abilities and I know all too well their stories of advocacy to ensure their child(ren) are included and not singled out because of their differences. During my professional career, I have been blessed to employ persons with special abilities and I watched them blossom when given opportunities often denied to others.”
Timothy Mosley
Timothy Mosley is the founder of The Less Fortunate Still Matter Foundation. The Less Fortunate Still Matters (LFSM) Foundation is a ministry that addresses food insecurity and economic barriers within disadvantaged and underserved areas. In addition to meeting spiritual needs LFSM develops meaningful relationships through various partnerships in our community. Our goal is to ensure that those we serve no longer feel hopeless, but have a sense of hope after each interaction.
“I believe in Inclusion Cafe because I truly know what it feels like not being able to have a fair opportunity on many job interviews as a teenager being handicapped. My goal is to help those like myself find a place that will allow/accept handicapped individuals to work and encourage them on the job.”
Timothy Sprague
Timothy Sprague currently works as a Property Administrator for FWC. He has over twenty years in the Restaurant Industry. He has held many positions including Managing Partner, Director, General Manager, dishwasher, bartender, and line cook. He prides himself on being a mentor and having a passion for servant leadership and people development. He has great experience in developing new concepts and managing existing brands, both of which will be critical to ensure Inclusion Cafe is built to last.
“I am proud to be a part of Inclusion Cafe, because I have seen firsthand the abilities, passion, and joy that are possible when those with disabilities are given equal opportunities.”
Travis Sparkman

We feel it is not only important to build the community through brick and mortar but by building the community through involvement with the people that make up the community.
“I believe that this was a great cause to involve myself and my company with individuals who many times get overlooked for opportunities due to their disabilities, but when you look beyond their disabilities, they tend to be some of the most loyal, hardworking, and eager individuals you will meet who just need that opportunity. I believe Inclusion Cafe not only provides the individuals with the opportunity but also the stepping stone to bigger and better opportunities. I look forward to my involvement.”
