User Agreement

Acceptance

This OneLink User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the individual or entity using the OneLink Platform (“User/Customer”) and OneLink (“we” or “us”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the OneLink Platform located at www.1lnk.page, www.EventLink.page, and/or www.HostLink.page including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform.

By using the OneLink Platform you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the OneLink Platform.

1. OneLink Platform; Access and Use

Provision of Access: Subject to the Customer’s payment of Fees, OneLink grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the OneLink Platform in accordance with this Agreement.

Use Restrictions: Customers shall not misuse the OneLink Platform. Misuse includes any unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Platform's content or attempting to access its underlying code.

Rights and Suspension: OneLink reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Customer and may suspend access to protect its legal or commercial interests.

2. Customer Responsibilities; Community Guidelines

Profile Accuracy: Customers must provide true, accurate, complete, and updated information in their user profile and business dealings.

Data and Privacy: Handling of customer data will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for the lawful use of the Platform, including adherence to the Florida Privacy Protection Act where applicable.

3. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the OneLink Platform and are liable for any taxes or additional charges as per the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. Confidential Information

Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property and Feedback

OneLink retains all rights to its intellectual property. Customers grant OneLink a limited license to use any feedback or suggestions they provide without any obligation.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The OneLink Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Indemnification

Both parties will defend and indemnify each other against any claims arising from violations of this Agreement or applicable law.

8. Limitations of Liability

OneLink's liability is limited under the terms of this Agreement, and certain damages are expressly excluded.

9. Term and Termination

The Agreement is effective for one year with automatic renewals unless terminated with 30 day written/electronic notice by either party under the conditions provided.

10. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. It is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and includes provisions for handling notices, amendments, and waivers.
